Attadale Private Hospital is committed to providing a high standard of care and service to its patients. The hospital places a great emphasis of importance on patient feedback concerning their hospital stay.  Patient feedback pamphlets are distributed frequently and are placed in each room for your completion to ascertain your views and suggestions in relation to your hospital stay. A patient feedback box is located at the Front Office Reception area.

We welcome feedback as a means of improving care and service and can be assured that you will not be adversely affected in any way should you make a complaint about any aspect of your care at Attadale Private Hospital. There are a number of ways in which you can inform us if you are unhappy about any aspect of your care. In the first instance, please contact the ward nurse when the problem first occurs, your nurse will endeavour to address your concerns in a timely and considerate manner. If you are not satisfied with this outcome you may  request to speak to the Clinical Nurse Manager or the Chief Executive/Director of Nursing. A further option is to either call us from home or write us a letter outlining your concerns. Similarly, we enjoy receiving positive feedback where individual staff members have contributed towards making your stay more pleasant at our hospital.

As our consumers you have the right to considerate and respectful treatment by all our staff.  We encourage you to take the time to complete the feedback pamphlet which is located in your room and also at the Front Office Reception desk. We request that you place the completed Feedback Form in the box provided, the Reception staff will show you where this is located.

All comments and concerns are treated with respect, professionalism and privacy. We will endeavour to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours of receiving them.

We will then investigate your concerns, take appropriate action and respond to you in writing within 10 days. We value your feedback and encourage you to provide us with feedback by whatever means that is appropriate for you – your comments help us to improve the quality of service at Attadale Private Hospital.
